We are looking for a Field Engineer responsible for the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and after-sales support of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), AV Products, Displays, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit customer sites across PAN India for product installation and service support.
· Install, configure, test, and commission IFP and other AV products.
· Attend and resolve customer complaints and technical issues within the required timeline.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, display, and other product-related issues.
· Provide in office technical support and guidance to customers.
· Conduct product demonstrations and basic user training after installation.
· Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Technical teams for timely complaint resolution.
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in AV, IFP, LED, display, or electronic products preferred.
· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Basic knowledge of computers, networking, Windows, and AV equipment.
· Good communication and customer-handling skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively across India.
