Job Summary

Bridgestone Technology is looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, meetings, and networking.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's services and explain offerings to prospective clients.
- Meet clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and communicate client expectations.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA qualification must be completed.
- Candidates from technical and non-technical backgrounds can apply.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Candidates with experience in field sales, marketing, or business development will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with client meetings and fieldwork in Jaipur.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000, depending on skills and interview performance.
