Aakash Institute is hiring Field Sales Executives for its Udupi location. You will meet students and parents in the field, understand their needs, and help them choose the right courses and programs.
Key Responsibilities • Generate leads and drive admissions through field visits, school and college outreach, and local community engagement • Meet students and parents, explain the institute's programs, and close enrolments • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of visits, conversions, and pipeline • Build and maintain robust relationships in the local market • Share market feedback and competitor insights with the team
Eligibility Criteria • Male candidates only • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing • Prior B2C sales experience in any industry is mandatory • Comfortable with field sales activities and regular travel within the assigned area • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Target-driven and self-motivated • Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage
