KineticAge is looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to grow our client base through on-ground engagement in the local community. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing them to KineticAge's services and guiding them through to a completed physiotherapy assessment.
This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, building local networks, and working closely with a clinical team to deliver results.
Key roles and responsibilities
● Client visits: Visit prospective and existing clients to explain KineticAge's products and services clearly and confidently.
● Assessment conversion: Support physiotherapists by building client trust, securing appointment confirmations, and ensuring assigned assessments are completed,
maintaining a strong conversion ratio.
● Community events: Plan and conduct events in residential societies, distribute pamphlets and marketing materials,
and explain KineticAge's services to prospective clients.
● Lead generation channels: Build relationships with local partners such as newspaper vendors, medical stores, and physiotherapy clinics to open new channels for leads.
● Additional duties: Take on any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility and prerequisites
● Prior experience in field sales.
● A valid driving licence.
● Ability to drive confidently.
● Own vehicle for daily field travel.
● Knowledge of the local language is preferred.

● Solid communication and persuasion skills.
● Confidence in approaching new people and building rapport.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
● Organised follow-up with leads and clients.

● Compensation of up to ₹5–6 lakhs per annum + Travel allowance
