Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, demonstrating the ability to manage territories, build strong retailer relationships, and drive consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales targets by actively visiting retail outlets and distribution points within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure product availability and optimal shelf presence.
- Execute company marketing strategies and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market insights to the sales manager.
- Ensure timely order processing, product delivery coordination, and collection of payments.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports and territory coverage logs.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Field Sales Officer or Sales Representative within the FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of distribution networks and retail sales cycles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler for field travel.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with local retail geography and market trends.
- Proficiency in using mobile-based sales reporting applications.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics in business dealings.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
