About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team and help schools discover CampusOne, our AI-powered School ERP platform.

You will connect with schools, interact with school management, demonstrate our software, and build relationships with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring business opportunities, and building a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact schools and educational institutions to generate business opportunities.
- Connect with school owners, principals, and administrators to understand their requirements.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations of our School ERP platform.
- Visit schools across Jaipur and follow up with interested prospects.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into successful onboardings.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the company's CRM.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, telecalling, or business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and client meetings.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be preferred.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.

Experience in EdTech, B2B sales, software sales, or institutional sales will be an added advantage.
