The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential distributors and dealers, developing channel partnerships, generating business leads, and driving market expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Expand the Lithium-Ion Battery distribution network in the assigned territory. Conduct market research, market mapping, and lead generation. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, EV dealers, and business partners.

Drive dealer activation, market penetration, and business growth.



Visit markets regularly to identify new business opportunities. Maintain daily activity reports and track dealer onboarding performance.

Achieve assigned onboarding and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications1–4 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, distribution, or business development.

Experience in EV, batteries, automotive, FMCG, telecom, or related industries will be preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of market mapping and lead generation. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
