Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to monitor company operations and activities.

- Coordinate with customers, clients, vendors, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

- Collect and verify field-level information, documents, and reports.

- Monitor sales, service delivery, project activities, or operational performance as applicable.

- Identify field-level issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

- Maintain robust relationships with customers and business partners.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly field visit and activity reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback to management.

- Support business development and customer acquisition activities where required.

- Follow up on payments, orders, deliveries, service requests, or other assigned activities.

- Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager promptly.

- Achieve assigned targets and complete field activities within defined timelines.





- Maintain accurate records of field activities and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree in any discipline; relevant field experience will be an advantage.

- 1–5 years of experience in FMCG field operations, sales, business development, customer service, or a similar role.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Valid driving licence may be required depending on the role.
