Go-Grab is building the next generation of smart vending and convenience retail in India. We operate smart vending machines across leading colleges and high-footfall locations, bringing snacks, beverages and everyday essentials closer to consumers through technology-driven retail.

As we continue expanding across cities and campuses, we are looking for a Field Operations Manager to take ownership of our operations across a city/cluster.

About the Role

As a Field Operations Manager , you will be responsible for managing Go-Grab's day-to-day operations across multiple locations within an assigned city.

Your primary focus will be to ensure our vending machines remain operational, well-stocked and efficiently managed. This is a hands-on role involving field team coordination, inventory management, machine performance, vendor management and on-ground problem-solving.

You will work closely with refillers, technicians, college stakeholders and Go-Grab's central teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver a consistent customer experience.

What You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day operations across Go-Grab's vending machines in the assigned city.
- Ensure high machine uptime, product availability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise refillers, technicians and other on-ground teams.
- Plan and monitor daily refilling, replenishment and inventory movement.
- Track machine-level performance and identify locations requiring attention.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure machines are clean, functional, properly maintained and customer-ready.
- Monitor stock availability, expiry,



inventory discrepancies and product movement.
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply teams to ensure timely replenishment.

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in field operations, operations management, logistics, supply chain, retail or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating operations across multiple locations or sites.
- Experience managing frontline teams, vendors, technicians or field staff.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination and execution skills.
- Ability to identify root causes and take corrective action independently.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable using operational data and reports to track performance.
- Willingness to travel regularly across locations within the assigned city.
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability and urgency.
- Experience in quick commerce, logistics, FMCG distribution, retail, food and beverage, or facility management is a plus.

Who Will Thrive in This Role? We're looking for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, street-smart and comfortable taking ownership .

This is not a desk-only role. You'll regularly coordinate with on-ground teams, visit campuses, inspect machines, investigate stock discrepancies, resolve operational issues and ensure problems are fixed rather than simply reported.

You'll be expected to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and ensure daily operations run smoothly across your assigned locations.
