About the Role
Nisarg Foundation is hiring an energetic Field Mobiliser to lead community outreach, beneficiary registration, and project execution across our field locations in Mewala Maharajpur and Sarita Vihar. You will interact directly with local communities, register participants for skill and education programs, and manage on-ground event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door community visits and group meetings to build awareness for programs.
- Identify, engage, and register youth, women SHGs, and local community members.
- Mobilize participants for workshops, digital education drives, and health/community events.
- Assist with basic field surveys and beneficiary data collection.
- Submit daily field attendance logs and updates via WhatsApp/phone by 6:00 PM.
Requirements
Education:
12th pass minimum; BSW or Graduate preferred.
Experience:1–2 years in field mobilization, NGO outreach, or community engagement.
Languages: Fluent Hindi (essential); basic English is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, smartphone proficiency for daily data logs, and willingness to travel locally.
Work Details & Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Attire: Smart casuals with comfortable footwear for field movement.
