About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive who enjoys meeting people, building business relationships, and discovering new opportunities.

In this role, you will be the face of Infynixworks in the Hyderabad market. You will visit local businesses, connect with owners and decision-makers, understand their business needs, introduce our services, and generate potential client leads for our team.

We are looking for someone who can turn a conversation into a business opportunity through effective communication, a proactive approach, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients by visiting shops, clinics, schools, offices, and other businesses across Hyderabad.
- Directly approach business owners and decision-makers to introduce Infynixworks and its services.
- Explain how websites, SEO, digital marketing, Google Ads, and AI automation can help businesses grow.
- Identify businesses that need better online visibility, more enquiries, or improved digital solutions.
- Generate qualified leads by collecting business details, contact information, requirements, and potential interest.
- Build trust with prospects through professional communication and relationship-building.
- Arrange follow-up calls, appointments, and meetings with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal team to move qualified leads towards client conversion.
- Maintain accurate daily records of field visits, new leads, meetings,



and follow-ups.
- Consistently work towards lead-generation targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills We’re Looking For
- Field Marketing & Lead Generation: Experience identifying prospects and generating business leads through direct visits and networking.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to speak confidently with business owners, explain services clearly, and create a positive first impression.
- Client Handling: Ability to understand business requirements, answer basic questions, and build professional relationships.
- Convincing & Negotiation: Ability to communicate value and encourage interested prospects to consider our services.
- Market Research: Ability to identify businesses that could benefit from digital marketing, websites, or technology solutions.
- Planning & Follow-Up: Ability to organize field visits, track leads, and follow up consistently.
- Target Orientation: A proactive mindset with a focus on generating quality leads and achieving results.
- Local Communication: Good Telugu and English communication skills.
- Field Readiness: Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and meet clients in person.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, field sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Experience approaching clients directly and generating business opportunities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, website development, or IT services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
