Role Description The Field Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves planning and executing local marketing initiatives, including outreach to schools, coaching centers, and community organizations to promote the academy’s programs. The executive will conduct market research, identify new student acquisition channels, and support sales activities such as counseling prospects and coordinating events, seminars, and workshops.

Day-to-day tasks include managing promotional campaigns, distributing marketing materials,



maintaining relationships with partners, tracking campaign performance, and providing feedback to the management team. The role requires frequent field visits within Coimbatore and nearby areas, as well as close collaboration with the admissions, academic, and administrative teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective local campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to understand student needs, competitive offerings, and local trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Communication skills to engage prospects, explain programs clearly, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Relevant experience in education sector marketing, field sales, or community outreach is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, travel locally, and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous, though candidates with robust relevant experience will also be considered.
