The role is a shared resource between Contemporary Trade and General Trade/Small Super Market channels. The role is extremely demanding and the FM is responsible for FOS management for his territory, implementation of activities across channels/formats.
Required Candidate profile
- Ensure right count of associates and Supervisors are deployed
- Recruitment (Maintaining RTAT), Training & On the Job Coaching
- Identify the bottom boxers and give feedback on the areas
