Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Coordinator to coordinate field activities, communicate with clients and team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily field activities.
- Visit client locations and coordinate with on-site teams as required.
- Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Track work progress and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Maintain field reports, records, and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify and report field-level issues to the concerned team.
- Support the team in planning and organizing field operations.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to field locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
