Role OverviewWe are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Field Manager to oversee pest control operations across assigned locations in Rajasthan. The selected candidate will coordinate field employees, monitor service visits, ensure timely job completion, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with the head office in Gurgaon, Haryana.

The role requires field travel across assigned districts and locations within Rajasthan as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day pest control field operations across assigned locations in Rajasthan.
- Plan, assign, schedule, and monitor service visits to client sites, banks, and branches.
- Supervise field staff, including attendance, punctuality, performance, and job completion.
- Monitor service quality and ensure assigned jobs are completed within the required timelines.
- Verify job-completion reports and coordinate completed-job updates with the Gurgaon head office.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, service visits, pending jobs, and travel allowance (TA) according to company policy.




- Coordinate with clients and branch representatives to resolve service-related issues and complaints.
- Ensure field employees follow company procedures and applicable safety requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
- Coordinate employee schedules and field assignments across the districts and locations assigned by the company.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate action in coordination with the head office.
- Travel to assigned locations within Rajasthan as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in field operations, team supervision, facility management, pest control, or a related service industry is preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to supervise field employees and manage multiple service assignments.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain digital records and prepare reports.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Rajasthan.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of pest control operations is an advantage.
