Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Achieve sales targets through upselling & cross-selling
- Build robust customer relationships
- Maintain excellent product & brand knowledge
- Ensure high standards of store presentation

Candidate Profile

- 5–10years of premium/luxury retail sales experience
- Experience in luxury fashion, lifestyle, home dcor or premium retail preferred
- Candidates from brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Prada, Burberry, Armani, Coach, Michael Kors and similar brands preferred
- Excellent communication, customer-handling and sales skills
- Well-groomed, confident and target-driven personality
