We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team and represent the brand at our flagship store in Juhu, Mumbai.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized shopping experiences.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive store sales, achieve assigned sales targets, and maximize revenue through effective selling techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the brand, product materials, designs, customization options, and sustainability philosophy.
- Styling & Product Recommendations: Assist customers in selecting handbags and clutches suitable for occasions, outfits, gifting, and personal style.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting customer relationships, follow up on inquiries, and encourage repeat purchases.
- Store Management: Maintain excellent visual merchandising, product displays, store cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with stock checks,



and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Order & Customization Coordination: Handle customer orders, personalized engraving requests, billing, and delivery coordination accurately.
- Online & Social Media Inquiries: Assist with customer inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other sales channels, as required.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a qualified appearance and represent Oceana Clutches' luxury, creativity, and sustainability values.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Prior experience in retail sales, fashion, luxury accessories, handbags, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A keen interest in fashion, styling, luxury products, and current trends.
- Strong sales ability with a target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong interest in fashion retail and a willingness to learn may also apply.
