Role Description This is a full-time, in office Production Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Production

Manager will oversee end-to-end garment production, from sampling to final quality checks, ensuring that all pieces meet brand standards for fit, craftsmanship, and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with pattern makers, tailors, and suppliers; planning production schedules; managing inventory of fabrics and trims; and monitoring workflow on the production floor. The role also involves implementing quality control processes, optimising costs while maintaining luxury standards,



and collaborating closely with design and merchandising teams to translate creative concepts into finished products.

The Production

Manager will maintain clear documentation, manage vendor relationships, and continuously refine production practices to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in fashion production management, including overseeing sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control in a garment or luxury apparel setting.
- Strong skills in production planning and coordination, with the ability to manage timelines, allocate resources, and balance multiple collections or orders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, tailoring techniques, and fit standards, particularly for menswear, occasion wear, and heritage-inspired garments.
- Proficiency in basic production documentation and tools (production sheets, tech packs, costings) and familiarity with inventory and order management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with designers, pattern makers, tailors, and external vendors, maintaining clear and respectful communication.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining luxury quality at scalable, cost-effective production levels.
- Previous experience in high-end or bespoke fashion, or in managing small to medium-sized production teams, is highly beneficial.
- Relevant educational background in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Textile Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical experience.
