Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Supervisor role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

The Factory

Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including monitoring production lines, coordinating shift activities, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include managing production schedules, allocating resources, supervising factory staff, and enforcing standard operating procedures. The role involves maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, addressing operational issues, and collaborating with maintenance and logistics teams to minimize downtime.

The Factory

Supervisor will also support continuous improvement initiatives,



track performance metrics, and report on production, quality, and safety outcomes to management.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and production management skills, with the ability to organize workflows and meet output targets.
- Experience in quality control, including implementing quality checks and ensuring compliance with product standards.
- Knowledge of operations management and manufacturing operations, including resource allocation and process optimization.
- Demonstrated people management skills, including team supervision, training, and performance feedback.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations in a factory environment.
- Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or packaging industries is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
