About the Role

OneGuardianBrand is looking for an experienced Factory / Production Head to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations for its luxury silverware, handcrafted home dcor, and bespoke gifting products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end factory operations, production planning, and timely order execution.
- Lead production teams, supervisors, and skilled artisans to achieve productivity targets.
- Ensure product quality, craftsmanship standards, and timely dispatch.
- Control manufacturing costs, material wastage, inventory, and production efficiency.
- Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, ensuring proper material accountability.
- Implement SOPs, quality checks, and process improvements.
- Ensure factory safety, statutory compliance,



and regular production MIS reporting.

Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, factory management, or production operations.
- Experience in silverware, metal handicrafts, brassware, luxury home dcor, or premium gifting preferred.
- Solid expertise in production planning, quality control, inventory management, and cost optimization.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing artisans and production teams.
- Engineering degree or diploma in Production / Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A hands-on manufacturing professional with strong operational expertise and experience managing artisan-led production and high-value materials
