Position: Technical Facility Manager Department: Facility Management Experience: 3 years in technical facility management, preferably in high-rise residential societies. Key Responsibilities:Manage complete technical operations and maintenance of the high-rise society. Solid technical knowledge of STP, WTP, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, Lifts, Transformers, DG Sets, HT/LT Panels, Pumps, Plumbing and other MEP systems .
Ensure preventive maintenance and timely resolution of technical breakdowns. Manage and supervise technical manpower, vendors, and AMC contractors. Ensure statutory, safety, fire, electrical and environmental compliance .
Maintain technical records, maintenance schedules, inspection reports and compliance documentation. Coordinate with clients/RWA and handle technical complaints and emergencies. Ensure smooth, safe and uninterrupted operation of all technical services.
Qualification & Skills:B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Good knowledge of facility operations, statutory compliance, safety standards, team management and troubleshooting .
