The role will lead and drive AI-enabled Finance Accounting transformation by leveraging AI, GenAI, RPA, analytics and intelligent automation to deliver business value, cost optimization,



productivity improvements and operational excellence across global FA processes.

Transformation Strategy Leadership

- Define and drive the end-to-end FA transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute an AI-first transformation strategy across RTR, PTP, OTC, FPA and Controllership.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for GenAI, AI/ML, RPA, Agentic AI and advanced analytics.
- Own transformation value realization, ROI tracking, productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI Digital Solutioning Conceptualize and design

- AI-enabled solutions for Finance Accounting processes.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI, automation and digital transformation use cases.
- Drive adoption of GenAI, RPA, analytics, cloud and intelligent automation platforms.
- Ensure scalability, governance, responsible AI practices and sustainability of transformation solutions.

Client Stakeholder Management

- Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads and senior business stakeholders to define transformation vision and priorities.
- Lead transformation workshops, discovery sessions, solutioning discussions and roadmap presentations.
- Build strong executive-level relationships and secure stakeholder buy-in for transformation initiatives.
