We are hiring an energetic team of Student Volunteers / Promoters to manage our high-tech interactive stall at one of Coimbatore's largest alumni enterprise exhibitions!
You will represent and promote two cutting-edge AI software platforms:
- workwisely.ai –
- An AI-first HR Management and Payroll platform.
- flowtrack.ai –
- An intelligent team productivity and activity analytics tool.

Key Responsibilities
- Stall Engagement: Greet corporate visitors, business owners, and alumni delegates, inviting them into the stall.
- Product Introduction: Deliver basic walkthroughs and pitches for flowtrack.ai and workwisely.ai to interested prospects.
- Lead Collection: Secure visitor contact details (business cards/scans) for our sales follow-ups.
- Crowd Flow Management: Coordinate with the core team to keep the experience smooth and organized during peak hours.
