Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and includes managing housekeeping and laundry staff, assigning daily tasks, and inspecting rooms for quality standards.

The Executive

Housekeeper will coordinate inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linen, maintain housekeeping schedules, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. The role involves responding to guest requests, handling service concerns professionally,



and working closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams to support smooth hotel operations.

The Executive

Housekeeper will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating staff to maintain consistent service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong housekeeping and laundry management skills, with experience overseeing cleaning standards and linen operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and collaborate with internal teams.
- Advanced organization skills to manage schedules, room assignments, inventories, and documentation efficiently.
- Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring within a hospitality or service environment.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping within hotels or resorts.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality control standards in hospitality operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and adapt to a quick-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
