Role Description The Executive Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, presenting NEA Life’s services to individual, institutional, and corporate clients, and closing sales in alignment with business targets. The specialist will conduct client meetings and presentations, follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and maintain accurate records in the sales CRM.
They will collaborate with the behavioral sciences and operations teams to understand service offerings, translate them into clear value propositions, and support client onboarding.
The role also involves contributing to local marketing initiatives, gathering market feedback, and building long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in consultative sales, client relationship management, and account handling for services or solutions.
- Ability to conduct persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Understanding of or interest in behavioral sciences, psychometric assessments, education, or HR solutions to communicate offerings credibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added benefit.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Pune Division, with readiness for local travel as needed.
