Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or staffing industry.

- Robust understanding of HRSd principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
