We are a 40 year old leading manufacturer of sophisticated packaging machines for FMCG industry. Our customers are spread over thirty Countries. We have the state of art infrastructure equipped with all modern facilities and having workshop space of 75,000 sq. feet at three different locations.

The group is DSIR (GOI) approved R&D; House and credit rating that indicates high-performance capability and high financial strength. We are looking for a dynamic professional in Spare Sales to join our Company.

Roles and Responsibilities o Spare Sales plan o Interaction with customers regarding Spare parts enquires orders, delivery, and payments.

o Receiving, processing, disseminating Spare parts orders and amendment o Overall responsibility for developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies for spares, in line with the overall business plan.

o Maintaining model wise spares record.

o Review the Spare Sales Performance on an ongoing basis and undertake corrective action to meet approved Business Plan.

o Redressal of Customer complaints and getting feed back o Submitting Spare sales reports (monthly, Quarterly, And Annually) to the management.





o Proposing amendments in current policies for better results.

o Circulation of orders to concerned sections.

o Ensure Timely delivery of spares and tracking customers for the recovery of payments against the spare parts sales.

Education

· B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with 3 to 5 years and/or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies

- Spare Sales
- Good spoken & written English communication is a prerequisite.
- Customer Support

Compensation:- Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skilled background.
