We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Recruitment and Payroll. In this dual capacity, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle—from attracting talent, Offer letter, Documentation, Compliance Management and Co-ordination with Brand. Strict compliance with labor and statutory laws.
All recruited candidates will be on the payroll of Colligate and would be working for Different Brands. So all Recruitment will for internal Requirement.
The ideal candidate must strike a perfect balance between exceptional people skills for talent acquisition and solid numerical accuracy for payroll administration.
