A dedicated documentation team supports customers with container nomination to preferred CFSs and assists with import manifest filing with customs. The company focuses on seamless, compliant, and efficient logistics processes for its clients.

Role Description The Executive – Manifestation is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing import manifests with customs and other regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable rules and timelines. The executive will coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CFSs, and internal documentation teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.

Daily activities include updating shipment records, maintaining documentation for container nominations, tracking status of filed manifests,



and addressing queries from customers and authorities. The role also involves supporting process improvements, reporting operational issues, and contributing to efficient end-to-end logistics documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, including manifest filing, container nomination, and customs procedures.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or CFS operations, preferably in import documentation or manifest-related functions.
- Proficiency in using documentation and tracking systems, MS Office (Excel, Word), and email communication tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Robust organisational and time-management abilities, with a focus on process compliance and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations and documentation.
- Educational background in logistics, commerce, business administration, or a related field; prior experience in customs or shipping documentation is an advantage.
