Role Overview The role will focus on strengthening technical capability across Techture through technical assessments, BIM training, competency development, mentoring, and learning content creation.

The selected candidates will work closely with L&D;, Recruitment, Technical Teams, Project Managers, Department Heads, and Business Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical assessments for lateral and campus hiring.
- Develop and maintain question banks, assessment frameworks, and evaluation standards.
- Deliver training on BIM workflows, Revit, Navisworks, company standards, and project execution.
- Assess new-joiner competency and create learning/development plans.
- Mentor employees and support technical capability development.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, guides, e-learning content, and knowledge resources.
- Support LNI/TNI, competency assessments, certifications, and learning programs.
- Track learner progress, training effectiveness, and capability improvement.
- Stay updated with BIM technology, Autodesk developments, and industry best practices.

Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications

- MEP: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Architecture: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering.Infrastructure experience will not be considered for the Architecture position.




- 4–8 years of experience in BIM, technical training, L&D;, or technical excellence.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Experience in technical interviews, assessments, mentoring, or training.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
