An Executive Housekeeper manages all daily operations, staff, and hygiene standards for the housekeeping department in hotels, resorts, or large residential estates.

Key Responsibilities

- Department Oversight: Direct and control daily cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and mentor housekeeping attendants, supervisors, and laundry teams.

- Budget & Inventory Control: Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and maintain par stock levels for linens, cleaning agents, and guest supplies.

- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce health, sanitation, OSHA, and brand standards while coordinating safety reporting with maintenance and engineering teams.

- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise with the front office on room readiness status and resolve guest complaints or special requests.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations,



with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Education: A high school diploma is standard; a degree or diploma in hospitality management, business management, or facilities management is often preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, hotel Property Management Systems (PMS such as Opera), and inventory tracking tools.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
