Reporting To: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Commercial to support our Chief Commercial Officer in commercial coordination, client engagement, revenue tracking, billing, collections, and business pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate client communications, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Track revenue, billing, collections, and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain enquiry and business pipeline trackers.
- Coordinate with site, operations, maintenance, and finance teams for billing and commercial requirements.
- Monitor billing quantities, documentation, and pending approvals.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards,



and commercial updates for the CCO.
- Coordinate client meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.

What We’re Looking For:

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical, organisational, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
