What You'll Do

As the Executive Assistant to the MD, you will play a critical role in supporting leadership initiatives, managing executive priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions.

✅ Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and business correspondence

✅ Attend key meetings, prepare MOMs, and drive action item closures

✅ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, clients, vendors, and banking partners

✅ Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and executive communications

✅ Oversee travel planning, logistics, events, and corporate engagements

✅ Support MIS reporting, compliance tracking, documentation, and administrative processes

✅ Monitor organization-wide action plans and ensure timely execution of commitments

✅ Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion

What We're Looking For

✔️ Graduate in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline

✔️ 5+ years of experience supporting MDs, CEOs, Founders, or CXO-level executives

✔️ Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and multitasking skills

✔️ Excellent communication and documentation abilities

✔️ High level of ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, MIS reporting, and business documentation

✔️ Exposure to operations, administration, finance coordination, compliance, or Chief of Staff-type responsibilities is preferred

Working Conditions

? Monday to Saturday

⏰ 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

? Western formal attire (shirt & trousers) required
