Job Title: Executive – Accounts

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: BBA, B.Com, or M.Com

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations, manage accounts payable and receivable activities, maintain ERP data, and assist the Accounts Manager in financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
- Process vendor invoices, verify bills, and coordinate with suppliers regarding payments.
- Track customer payments, outstanding balances, and follow up on receivables.
- Enter, update, and maintain accounting data in the ERP system.
- Assist in invoice processing, payment entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Support the Accounts Manager in preparing financial reports and maintaining accounting records.




- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounting-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Educational Qualification
- BBA, B.Com, or M.Com from a recognized institution.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant accounting experience may apply.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting data management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to assist the Accounts Manager and work effectively within a team.

Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
