About the Role

Probus Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and performance-driven Copywriter with hands-on experience in writing compelling ad copy for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate should understand how to craft engaging hooks, headlines, primary text, and creative copy that captures attention, drives engagement, and generates quality leads.

Experience in the insurance, financial services, or fintech industry will be an added advantage.

Office Location: Mumbai ( Andheri E)

Key Responsibilities

- Write persuasive and engaging ad copy for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Develop compelling hooks, headlines, primary text, and call-to-action (CTA) variations for performance marketing campaigns.
- Create copy for ad creatives, banners, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing and design teams to develop impactful, conversion-focused creatives.
- Understand target audiences, customer pain points, and campaign objectives to create relevant and engaging messaging.
- Develop multiple copy variations for A/B testing and continuously optimize messaging based on campaign performance.
- Ensure all marketing communication is clear, accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant with applicable advertising guidelines.




- Work on campaigns related to insurance products such as Health, Motor, Life, and other insurance offerings, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in copywriting for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks, persuasive headlines, engaging primary text, and effective CTAs.
- Excellent written communication skills and a robust command of English.
- Ability to translate complex product information into simple, customer-friendly messaging.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working closely with designers and digital marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the insurance, BFSI, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign metrics, and performance optimization.
- Experience writing landing page copy, website content, email campaigns, or social media content.
