Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive – Event Management who will be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating the successful execution of events from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate event deliverables.
- Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and event teams.
- Manage vendors, fabricators, venues, artists, and other event partners.
- Coordinate and monitor on-ground event execution.
- Handle event schedules, logistics, branding, and production requirements.
- Prepare client presentations, status updates,



and post-event reports.
- Resolve last-minute event issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, event management, or event production.
- Experience in an event management/advertising agency is preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work on-ground during events.
- Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
