We are seeking an experienced EPM System Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Hyperion and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) products. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting EPM environments, including system configuration, environment migration, security, integrations, automation, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Oracle EPM IaaS products and a good understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS solutions. Strong scripting skills, operating system knowledge, and the ability to resolve technical issues independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities1. EPM Implementation and System Administration

- Manage end-to-end Oracle EPM IaaS/Hyperion implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
- Perform Hyperion on-premises installation, configuration, patching, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Design and execute the migration of EPM products and components between environments.
- Troubleshoot Oracle EPM IaaS issues independently and ensure system stability.
- Maintain system documentation and follow enterprise implementation standards.

1. Oracle EPM Product Expertise

- Work with Oracle EPM products, including:
- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Financial Data Quality Management, Enterprise Edition (FDMEE)
- Data Relationship Management (DRM)
- Data Relationship Governance (DRG)
- Financial Consolidation and Close (FCM)
- Configure recent integrations using FDMEE.
- Automate data loads and support data integration processes.
- Understand the integration and maintenance requirements of Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS products, including:
- Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
- Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS)
- Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)

1. Scripting and Operating Systems

- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Linux Shell Scripting, and Python.
- Perform system administration and troubleshooting across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments.




- Support automation of routine administration and maintenance tasks.

1. Security and Enterprise Integration

- Implement security configurations for Oracle EPM products.
- Ensure EPM environments comply with enterprise security standards.
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration across the EPM product suite.
- Design and maintain integrations between Oracle EPM IaaS and SaaS products.

1. Automation, Monitoring, and Support

- Use EPM Automate, EPM Maestro, and other relevant third-party EPM tools.
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using enterprise tools.
- Support operational monitoring, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain reliable EPM services.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in EPM system engineering and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion on-premises installation, configuration, maintenance, and patching.
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle EPM IaaS/Hyperion implementation, upgrades, and support.
- Knowledge of HFM, FDMEE, DRM, DRG, and FCM.
- Experience with EPM environment design and migration.
- Hands-on scripting experience in PowerShell, Linux Shell Scripting, and Python.
- Experience working with RHEL and Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of Oracle EPM security, enterprise standards, and SSO integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot EPM issues independently.
- Good understanding of integrations between Oracle EPM IaaS and SaaS products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS products, including ARCS, TRCS, and EPBCS.
- Experience with EPM Automate and EPM Maestro.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring and alerting tools.
- Knowledge of automation and operational support best practices.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
