About Ctrl EnviCtrl Envi Pvt. Ltd. provides environmental compliance and consultancy services, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) registration, annual filings, and Pollution Control Board consent-related services.

We are looking for motivated and knowledgeable candidates who can generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support our EPR compliance and annual filing services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential client leads through online research, LinkedIn, business directories, and other platforms.
- Daily Client Outreach: Contact potential clients daily through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to introduce Ctrl Envi's services.
- EPR Knowledge: Understand EPR registration and compliance requirements for different industries.
- Annual Filings: Have practical knowledge of EPR annual returns, data collection, documentation, and filing procedures.
- Compliance Services: Understand the requirements for Plastic Waste, E-Waste, Battery Waste, End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV), and other applicable EPR categories.
- Client Follow-ups: Follow up with prospects, maintain communication, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Lead Management: Maintain and regularly update lead databases,



client contact details, outreach records, and follow-up status.
- Client Coordination: Explain basic compliance requirements and coordinate with clients to collect the necessary documents.
- Reporting: Submit daily reports on leads generated, clients contacted, follow-ups completed, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in EPR, environmental compliance, lead generation, or business development.
- Practical knowledge of EPR registration and annual filing procedures.
- Familiarity with Plastic EPR, E-Waste EPR, Battery EPR, ELV, and related compliance requirements.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and conduct consistent daily outreach independently.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online research tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
