White Globe needs SAML single sign-on between our Microsoft 365 tenant and a client's translation platform, so our linguists sign in with White Globe-managed, coded IDs. You will set it up, test it with the client's engineer and hand it over to our in-house administrator.

Scope

- Check our Entra ID licence tier, admin roles and domain setup, and flag any gaps.
- Create a non-gallery enterprise application and configure SAML with the client's Entity ID and Reply URL.
- Configure claims to send only a coded user ID and a role — no real names or personal email.
- Create Translator, Reviser and SME Reviewer roles, matched to the client platform's role names.
- Create the first batch of coded linguist accounts with MFA (Microsoft Authenticator), and one shared notifications mailbox.
- Run a joint test with the client's engineer on three accounts.
- Hand over a one-page runbook and a 30-minute walkthrough.
- Provide one month of on-call support after go-live (sign-in issues, role changes,



certificate questions).

Deliverables: working SSO, configured application and roles, first batch of accounts, runbook, and a configuration record including the certificate expiry date.

What you bring

- 4+ years with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- At least two completed SAML 2.0 SSO setups for non-gallery applications with a third party.
- Solid grasp of claims mapping, app roles vs security groups, user assignment and SAML signing certificates.
- SC-300 or MS-102 certification, or experience in ISO 27001 or healthcare environments, is a plus.

Terms

- Fixed fee for the full scope, plus a day rate for any extra work.
- Payment in stages: 10% on start, 20% after a successful joint test, 50% at go-live, 20% at the end of on-call support.
- NDA signed before access; work through a named admin account only.
