: Enterprise Security GRC Analyst

- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 2:00 AM

- Department: Enterprise Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

- Experience: 2+ years in healthcare and 2+ years in risk and compliance

Key Responsibilities

- Support Enterprise Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities and security initiatives.

- Coordinate GRC-related requests and act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.

- Manage ServiceNow requests, forms, knowledge articles, and platform governance activities.

- Support enterprise-wide risk management, regulatory compliance, and information security initiatives.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance teams.

- Assist with HIPAA Security Rule compliance and other applicable healthcare regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records, risk assessments, and process-related information.

- Identify opportunities to standardize and improve GRC processes, workflows, and service delivery.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams independently.

- Coordinate projects from initiation through completion while ensuring timely delivery of assigned activities.

- Work closely with business departments and clinical operations to support security and compliance objectives.





Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; comparable experience may also be considered.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, governance, or regulatory compliance.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent documentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requests and engage effectively with stakeholders.

- Strong collaboration, presentation, and project coordination skills.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, HIPAA, information security, and GRC processes is an advantage.

Work Requirements

- Must be comfortable working from the office.

- Must be available to work the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deliverables within defined timelines.
