Job Title : Executive – Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional with experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or ISO-related activities to support enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and maintain risk registers.
- Track incidents, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Assist in ESG framework implementation and BRSR reporting.
- Support compliance with applicable SEBI regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and update policies, SOPs, guidelines, and risk-related documentation.
- Coordinate with departments for internal audits, ISO implementation, and risk reporting.
- Assist in preparing reports,



meeting agendas, and minutes for risk committees and senior management.

Requirements:

- Graduate, postgraduate, MBA, or relevant professional qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT Risk, Cybersecurity Governance, or ISO-related activities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Risk management or ISO-related certifications will be an added advantage.
