Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage inbound calls from students seeking admissions into various educational institutions.

- Provide guidance on course options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

- Build solid relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.

- Meet sales targets by upselling relevant services such as visa counseling or accommodation arrangements.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in an outbound calling environment or similar role.

- Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls effectively.

- Strong customer relationship management skills to build trust with clients.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
