Job Title: Engineering Leader Corporate Banking Technology

We are looking for a senior technology leader with strong UK Corporate Banking experience to lead engineering teams and deliver modern corporate banking capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine deep transactional banking domain knowledge, technical and architectural expertise, and strong people leadership to drive scalable, secure, and customer-centric banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead engineering teams and technology delivery across corporate transactional banking platforms.
- Drive delivery of business current accounts, payments integration, cash management, client servicing, fees, overdrafts, and corporate digital banking capabilities.
- Work with core banking platforms such as Mambu, Finacle, Temenos, Thought Machine, or equivalent systems.
- Guide API-led integrations, platform architecture, and multi-platform technology solutions.
- Ensure engineering excellence across cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, observability, and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, risk, and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
- Make pragmatic architecture and delivery decisions within regulated banking environments.
- Identify and implement practical AI-enabled solutions to improve engineering productivity, service quality,



and business outcomes.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in UK Corporate Banking technology environments.
- Robust understanding of corporate transactional banking, including current accounts, payments, cash management, fees, overdrafts, and client servicing.
- Experience delivering corporate banking or transactional banking technology capabilities.
- Exposure to core banking platforms such as Mambu, Finacle, Temenos, Thought Machine, or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams, technology domains, or delivery squads within financial services.
- Strong understanding of APIs, platform-based architecture, cloud-native engineering, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience delivering complex technology solutions in regulated banking environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and outcome-driven leadership.
- Practical exposure to AI-enabled tools or engineering practices, with an understanding of their application in banking.
- Ability to balance innovation, operational resilience, regulatory requirements, and business value.

We are looking for candidates in Mumbai or interested to relocate in Mumbai.
