- Have 6-8 years of core software engineering experience and remain completely hands-on with code and architecture.

- Possess strong first-principles thinking, excellent system design depth,



and the ability to solve ambiguous technical problems.

Must Have

- 68 years of experience in core software engineering, distributed systems, or backend architecture

- 100% hands-on coding capability with deep expertise in systems design

- Working knowledge or active project experience in Agentic AI Systems, AI-Native Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure

- Proven track record of taking complex software/AI prototypes into production

Good to Have

- Prior experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or deep-tech research environments

- Contributions to open-source software, AI research papers, or technical publications
