Role & responsibilities

- Execute and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet output targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Drive productivity improvement and minimize process losses/wastage.
- Maintain product quality standards and initiate corrective actions for process deviations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives for operational excellence.
- Monitor production efficiency, downtime, and OEE improvements.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Prepare production MIS, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and SCM teams for seamless production flow.
- Lead, motivate, and develop shop-floor teams to improve performance and engagement.
- Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience in LT Cable/Wire manufacturing operations.
- Robust understanding of cable production processes,



quality systems, and production planning.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven manufacturing environment.
