Key Responsibilities
- Develop piping layouts, pipe routing, equipment models, critical lines, isometrics, and detailed drawings.
- Use SP3D for 3D modelling and AutoCAD for piping detailing.
- Perform clash checks using SPR and generate reports for clash resolution.
- Coordinate with stress analysis teams to optimize routing, flexibility, and pipe support requirements.




- Model pipe supports in SP3D based on stress analysis outputs.
- Extract isometrics and validate MTO, BOQ, and EBOM deliverables.
- Collaborate with Process, Layout, Structural, Pressure Parts, and Electrical teams to ensure clash-free designs.
- Maintain accurate design documentation, BOMs, drawing revisions, and material take-offs.
- Perform self-checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.
