Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM The key skills required:
- Excellent customer service skills, whilst demonstrating a calm manner, and the ability to ask effective questions.
- Experience/Knowledge of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Basic accounting skills
- Must have a supportive team player attitude who is reliable and respects others, with a desire and drive to meet and exceed team targets.
- Required to always project a skilled image of ESS.
- Follows appropriate policies and processes, with a good understanding of risk.
- Is open,
receptive, and adaptable to change, whilst also demonstrating integrity and a can-do attitude.
- Be able to work using their own initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the clients needs and priorities.
- Has the ability to act with urgency when necessary.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient English communication (both Verbal and Written).
Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
