Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of End User Computing professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years' experience in End User Computing or related field.
- Proven track record in team leading or management role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of EUC processes, including Service Desk Management (ITIL Framework) .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
