Responsibilities

- Expert in Desktop Management
- Expert in Windows 10/11 related issues
- Must have 6 years of technical expertise in administrating various Software deployment tools such as SCCM, Intune etc.
- Must have experience with Software packaging tools
- Managing mass software distribution and troubleshooting failed deployments.
- Managing end to end patching for end user devices at the global level.
- Application and third-party patching.
- Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements.
- Participate in triage calls for major incidents and help drive resolutions and follow-up with long term remediation.
- Research and analyze recent technologies. Establish and monitor short- and long-range plans for Infrastructure Solutions.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the problems and ensure to avoid its reoccurrence.
- Support, Manage, optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop, to include, but not limited to,



patch updates.
- Frequent reporting of the deployments for stakeholders.
- Manage Desktop (software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
- Experience in Automations through PowerShell or python.
- Strong ITIL process knowledge.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM.
- Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
