About the Role

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in integrating drone (UA/USV) platforms with payloads, sensors and communication systems. You will work within our hardware and software design team on defence and naval electronics programmes, contributing to design, integration, testing and qualification of electronic subsystems that operate in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and integrate electronic subsystems for UAV/drone platforms, including flight controllers, power distribution, payload interfaces and communication links.
- Integrate sensors and payloads (cameras, GPS/GNSS, IMU, telemetry radios, data links, and other mission payloads) with the drone airframe and onboard computers.
- Carry out schematic capture,



PCB design inputs, component selection and BOM preparation for drone-related electronics.
- Develop and review interface control documents (ICDs), wiring harness drawings and integration procedures.
- Configure and tune flight control stacks (PX4 / ArduPilot or equivalent) and work with MAVLink-based communication.
- Perform bench testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, ground tests and support flight trials; analyse test data and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, power, EMI/EMC and RF-related problems during integration.
- Coordinate with the mechanical team, supply chain and vendors for timely, compliant delivery.
- Support environmental testing, EMI/EMC and qualification activities as per applicable standards (MIL-STD / JSS, as relevant).
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports and design review material.
